Cosmic Film Festival was founded by Ranelle Golden in 2016. Her vision was to bring passionate filmmakers of all backgrounds together with audiences eager to experience film beyond mainstream movies. Cosmic Film Festival is an IMDb qualifying festival dedicated to sharing diverse filmmakers and artistic talent with the world.
